You could say ‘it’s just beta’ back when betas used to be real betas. The original Everquest beta, for example – or the DAoC beta where entire classes were missing a month before release. We would wager if we asked you about the Amazon EC2 platform, the Google Compute Engine platform or the RackSpace cloud hosting platform, you would have more than a cursory knowledge of their respective cloud platforms. But what do you know about the Microsoft Azure platform? Outside of equating Microsoft Azure with the only cloud platform to wholly host a large scale co-gaming experience, could you name their general purpose cloud servers or their memory intensive cloud servers?
Moreover, what do you know about the scalability of the Microsoft Azure cloud platform?

I have it; and haven’t stopped playing it since day 1. I don’t usually have much luck with online shooters. The only one I ever stuck with for any length of time was Battlefield and I dropped that like a bad habit after my first few rounds of TitanFall. Respawn just got some big things right for me and I’m hooked. While there is a lot I would like to see changed or improved in later updates or in TitanFall 2, the game’s core mechanics and game play are what really matter.
Overall, I think the game is fantastic and highly recommend it to anyone. I’m going to be playing this game until TitanFall 2 comes out. This is the single biggest victory that TitanFall has over other shooters. There is no single weapon or peice of equipment that will instantly turn the tide of a fight.
Everything is balanced, everything has a counter, and even the Titans themselves are not ridiculously over powered. The game play is fresh and innovative and never gets old for me. Between the wall running and parkour and the use of tactics and Titans, every match is different, every match is fun, and every match makes me feel like I’ve accomplished something even if I have a “bad round”.
Part of this is just the basic mechanics themselves, the wall running completely changes the game from what conventional shooters have. I also love that it is only 6 vs 6.

So we’re working on a sequel. No official name yet, but we’re working on that. That’s the main focus but we’re starting up a second team and doing some smaller stuff too. That means that it moves very much like you do, but with more heft and without the ability to jump. The gun mechanics are also smooth here, nothing to complain about, carry on!
Respawn: Titanfall Matchmaking System Changes Reduced for Better Results
No ifs or buts. On a purely objective and mechanical level, Titanfall’s gameplay is impeccable, blowing the multiplayer shooter genre wide open with mobility, verticality, parkour, massive stompy robots and some of the best maps of the decade. It certainly isn’t the first FPS to feature mechs and jet packs, but no game has ever managed to make these features so fluid and accessible, allowing anyone to get involved while providing veterans with a near-infinite skill ceiling as their abilities improve.
As such, I’ve returned to it on a weekly sometimes daily basis simply because it’s that good. Unfortunately, however, I lied.

However, we weren’t taking full advantage of this new information. Searching for teammates and opponents will now sometimes take more time to look for players that are a good skill level match, rather than purely prioritizing speed over quality. This will give us more time to build better teams and create closer games that are worth staying in for a longer period of time. Rather than playing against the same opponents over and over, the game will periodically split the teams apart and search for new opponents for each team.
This means if one team is dominating, we will update the skill for all of the players and then find each team a better suited match for the next round. Did you lose to a really great team? We’ll make them disappear and replace them with a new opposing team – and they will have no idea that you just got your butts kicked. This should end some of the frustration with playing for extended periods when you’re having an off night.
